Turn On Location Services

Updated over a week ago

iOS (iPhone & iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap Privacy & Security.

  3. Tap Location Services.

  4. Make sure Location Services is toggled On.

  5. Scroll down to your browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and set its access to While Using the App.

  6. Return to the main Settings screen.

  7. Scroll down and tap Apps.

  8. In the list (or via the search bar at the top), find and tap Safari.

  9. Scroll down and tap Location.

  10. Select Allow (or While Using the App, depending on your iOS version).

Tip: After system-level Location Services is on, the first time you visit PlaySlotsMobile in your browser you’ll see a prompt asking permission—tap Allow to let us verify your location.

Android (Phone & Tablet)

  1. Open your device’s Settings.

  2. Tap Location.

  3. Toggle Use location (or Location services) to On.

  4. Tap App permission (or App-level permissions).

  5. Find your browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox) and set Location to Allowed only while in use.

Tip: If you don’t see your browser listed, you may need to open it once after enabling system-level location so the OS can register it.

MacOS

  1. Click the Apple menu () and choose System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS).

  2. Select Privacy & Security.

  3. Click Location Services.

  4. Toggle Location Services to On.

  5. If prompted, authenticate with your password or Touch ID.

Windows

  1. Open Start (Windows Icon).

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Click Privacy & Security.

  4. Select Location.

  5. Make sure Location services (the master switch) is On.

  6. Confirm “Let desktop apps access your location” is also enabled.


Browser Access

After enabling system-wide Location Services, give your browser permission:

Safari

  1. Open Safari, then choose Safari → Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar.

  2. Go to the Websites tab.

  3. Click Location in the left sidebar.

  4. Find app.playslotsmobile.com in the list and set it to Allow.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome, click the three-dot menu → Settings.

  2. Scroll down and click Privacy and securitySite Settings.

  3. Under Permissions, click Location.

  4. Under Allowed to see your location, click Add, enter https://app.playslotsmobile.com, and click Add.

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox, click the hamburger menu → Settings.

  2. Select Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll to PermissionsLocation, then click Settings…

  4. Enter https://app.playslotsmobile.com and set its status to Allow, then click Save Changes.

Tip: After these settings are enabled, reload PlaySlotsMobile in your browser. You should no longer see any location error and can play freely in permitted areas.
