How to Mail In for Free Sweepstakes Coins (AMOE)

Receive 1 free Sweepstakes Coin by submitting a valid AMOE (Alternate Method of Entry) request by mail.

🔔 Important Notes

  • A new AMOE code is required for each mail-in submission.

  • A new AMOE code can be requested once every 24 hours.

  • AMOE codes are only valid for the player account that requested them.

  • All information must be handwritten in blue or black ink.

  • Typed or printed entries will be rejected.

  • Do not fold the index card.

  • Do not include multiple entries in one envelope.

  • Do not alter or paraphrase the required statement.

  • Handwriting must be clear and legible.

  • AMOE entries are subject to bonus playthrough.

1. Request an AMOE Code

  1. Log in to your PlaySlotsMobile Player account.

  2. Click AMOE from the left menu.

  3. Click Request AMOE Code.

  4. Save your 12-digit AMOE Code that appears on screen.

2. Prepare Your Envelope (#10)

  1. Use a #10 white, unfolded, unlined envelope.

  2. Include your personal address (return address) in the top left of the envelope.

  3. Address the center of the envelope to:

Note: Mail must originate from the same state as your verified account address, and only one mail-in entry is allowed per envelope.

3. Prepare Your Mail-In Entry (4×6 Index Card)

  1. Use a white, one-sided, unlined 4x6 index card.

  2. Handwrite the following on top left of the index card:

    • 12-digit AMOE Code

    • Apollo Sweepstakes

    • Your full legal name (as shown on your ID & your account)

    • Your email address used for PlaySlotsMobile

    • Your username

    • Your full residential address (as shown on your ID & your account)

  3. Handwrite the following in the middle of the card (copy exactly):

    • Statement:

      "Sweepstakes Entry! I wish to receive Sweeps Cash to participate in the [Insert Month of Sweepstakes Contest] Sweepstakes Contest offered by Apollo Sweepstakes. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules."

    • Your signature

    • The date in MM/DD/YYYY format

  4. Insert the handwritten 4x6 index card into a #10 white, unfolded, unlined envelope.

  5. Mail the envelope using standard USPS mail.

4. What Happens Next

  • Once received and reviewed, you will be awarded 1 Sweepstakes Coin to your Player account if the entry is valid.

  • Entries are typically reviewed weekly.
