🔔 Important Notes:
Statuses you may see in your Purchase History:
Paid (Green): Your purchase was successful or SC was added by PlaySlotsMobile. GC and SC were loaded to your account.
Reward (Green): Bonus SC or GC credits were added to your account (for example, promotions or adjustments by PlaySlotsMobile).
Refunded (Red): The purchase was reversed. SC was removed from your account and the payment was refunded.
Pending (Yellow): Checkout was opened or a purchase was started but not completed yet. No coins are loaded and your card is not charged unless the status changes to Paid. If it stays pending, it will automatically change to Cancelled after 5 minutes.
Cancelled (Red): The transaction was started but not completed, or was cancelled by the card processor. No coins were loaded. Your card was not charged.
Failed (Red): The payment did not go through. No coins were loaded and your card was not charged.
Payment Method:
Card: Shows when you pay with your bank card.
PlaySlotsMobile: Appears when credits are added manually by us (e.g., rewards, adjustments, promotions).
1. Open Your Purchase History
From the game lobby, click Purchases in the left-hand menu.

2. Review Your Transactions
In the Purchase History table, you’ll see details for each order:
ID → Your unique transaction number.
Sweeps Coins (SC) → SC included with the package or as a reward.
Gold Coins (GC) → GC you purchased.
Price (USD) → Cost of the package in US dollars.
Status → The result of your order (Paid, Pending, Cancelled, Reward, Refunded).
Payment Method → How you paid (Card or PlaySlotsMobile).
Date → The date and time of the transaction.
Details (Eye Icon 👁) → Click to see more information about the transaction.

3. View Transaction Details
Click the Eye Icon (👁) in the Details column to open a transaction.
The Purchase Details page shows:
Purchase ID
Sweepstakes Coins (SC) credited
Gold Coins (GC) purchased
Price (USD)
Status (with color code)
Payment Method
Date
At the top of this page, you’ll also see:
What’s happening with your purchase (status message)
What you can do next (instructions, e.g., “Enjoy playing!” or “Try again”)
