Create Account

This article shows how a Player can create a Player account.

🔔 Important Notes:

  • Provide accurate details in the KYC form (name, DOB, address, ID, and selfie); incorrect submissions will require you to restart verification.

  • We do not allow players located in Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Maryland, or Rhode Island to participate.

  • You must be 18 years or older to play.

  • Use a valid email address and phone number—you’ll need to confirm it before logging in.

  • Your password must be at least 6 characters.

  • Only one account per Player is allowed; submitting duplicate or inaccurate information will result in rejection and account suspension.

  • If you’re using a VPN, disable it before continuing. VPNs can cause issues with location detection and verification.

  • You must agree to our Sweepstakes Rules, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy during signup. You also consent to receive marketing promotions via email and SMS.


  • Click "Login" in the top-right corner. Then select "Don’t have an account?" on the login screen.

2. Click “Create New Account”

  • Click "Continue" to begin the sign-up process.

3. Complete the Registration Form & Click “Create Account”

Fill in all required fields:

  • Username

  • First & Last Name

  • Email

  • Password & Confirm Password

  • Phone Number

  • Date of Birth (must be 18+)

  • 9 Digit Social Security Number (SSN)

  • Address Line 1 (required) & Line 2 (optional)

  • City, State, ZIP Code, Country

Then:

  • Check the box stating you agree to and have read the Sweepstakes Rules, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

  • You are also consenting to receive transactional and promotional emails and SMS from PlaySlotsMobile.

  • Click Create Account to proceed.

4. Start Verification (KYC)

If prompted, begin identity verification.

✅ On Mobile (most users):

  • Camera opens automatically

  • Scan your Government ID (License or Passport)

  • Complete selfie verification if prompted

💻 On Desktop:

Choose one of two options:

  • Send a secure SMS to your mobile

  • Scan a QR code with your mobile camera

5. Verification In Progress

After submission, you’ll see a progress circle:

  1. Uploading Document

  2. Verifying Document Data

  3. In Progress

6. Verification Complete

Once successful, you'll see:

  • “Your verification is complete”

  • “You can now visit the game lobby!”

⛔ Common Verification Errors

If you run into issues during identity verification, here are the most common errors:

  1. Resubmit Error

  2. Unsupported Browser

  3. Maximum Number of Attempts

  4. Session Expired

  5. Timeout

  6. Unsupported Capture Type

  7. Unknown Error
