Available payment methods: Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. ACH (Bank Transfer) will be back soon and is currently unavailable.
For ACH, once your bank is connected, future purchases are faster.
To change banks, you can disconnect at checkout or reset bank info in Settings.
If your bank isn’t listed, enter your account & routing manually.
Each Gold Coin purchase will automatically add your Gold Coins and Bonus Sweeps Coins to your wallet.
Funds land almost instantly once approved, but may take a few seconds to a few minutes to reflect. Please refresh periodically.
Our payment processor does not make any mistakes, therefore we recommend you always check the Purchases tab to see the accurate status of your purchases.
If you attempt a purchase and you do not receive GC or SC, this means your purchase was declined. If you see that a pending purchase appears on your bank or card statement, this will disappear in 1-3 business days and you can be assured your card was NOT successfully charged.
1. Open Your Wallet
From the game lobby, click the Wallet (top-middle or right corner).

2. Select a Gold Coin Package
Choose the Gold Coin (GC) package you want by clicking its price button ($).
Each package shows how many Gold Coins you get and the free Sweeps Coins bonus.

3. Start Your Purchase
Pick how you want to pay:
Card (you can also use Google Pay here)
Bank (ACH transfer; Currently Unavailable)
Apple Pay

4. Enter Your Payment Details
Follow the steps below based on the payment type you picked:
If you picked Card or Google Pay:
Type in your card info, or choose Google Pay to pay.
If you picked Apple Pay:
Just choose the card you want to use from your Apple Wallet.
If you picked Bank (ACH; Currently Unavailable):
Select your bank and log in, or click Add Bank Manually to type in your account and routing numbers.

5. Check Your Purchase
Go to the Purchases tab from the left-hand menu.
Here you can see your order history, payment method, and status (Paid, Failed, Pending, Cancelled, or Refunded).
