Requirements to Redeem
Your player account must be fully verified.
Minimum redemption amount: 100 SC.
You must have fully met the playthrough requirement.
You must not have already reached the limit of 2 redemption requests within the current rolling 24-hour period.
You must not have already redeemed a total of 9,500 SC within the current rolling 24-hour period.
You must not have an existing redemption in Pending status. A new redemption may only be submitted after the previous redemption has been approved.
Your account must be in good standing and comply with all platform rules and policies.
Redemption Methods & Timing
Debit Card (Instant): Funds are sent immediately and typically appear in your bank account within seconds.
Bank Account (ACH): Funds are sent out immediately and may take 1–3 business days to appear in your bank account.
Identity & Verification
The debit card or bank account must be in your own name. Redemptions under a different identity will be rejected.
KYC (ID & Selfie) is required in the following cases:
Your first redemption
Once your total redeemed (all time) reaches $600 or more
Every 5th redemption
Any single redemption over $2,000
Whenever PlaySlotsMobile deems it necessary
Before You Submit
Double-check all information before submitting your redemption.
Any mismatch (name, DOB, address, card/bank details, National ID (SSN) or ID information) may cause delays or rejection.
Once a redemption reaches Processing or Paid status, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
1. Open Your Wallet
From the game lobby, click Wallet (top-middle or top-right icon).

2. Open The Redeem Screen
In the Wallet popup, click Redeem under your SC balance.

3. Enter Redemption Details
Enter the amount of SC you wish to redeem (minimum 100 SC).
Select Redemption Method:
Card (Instant) — funds arrive in minutes.
Enter Card number, Expiration date (MM/YY), and Last 4 of SSN or National ID.
Bank Account (ACH) — funds arrive in 1–3 business days.
Enter Account number, Routing number, and Last 4 of SSN or National ID.
Double-check all fields before submitting. Any wrong or mismatched number can delay or fail your redemption.

4. Submit Your Request
Click Redeem.
You may be asked to scan your ID or complete a selfie re-verification before processing continues.

5. Track Your Redemption
Switch to the Redeem tab in your Wallet to view your payout status.
