Gold Coins Vs. Sweeps Coins

A clear breakdown of your two in-game currencies—and which one you can cash out.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Important: Use the currency toggle at the top of the screen to switch between Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Always make sure you’ve selected the correct currency before starting a game.

Gold Coins (GC)

  • Definition: Free-play currency used only for fun—you can’t win cash with GC.

  • Appearance: Gold-colored coin icon next to your GC balance.

  • Redeemable: No—GC are only for gameplay and have no real-world value.

  • How to get them:

    • New account bonus: You start with 50,000 GC when you sign up.

    • Auto-replenish: If your GC balance falls below 5,000, we refill it back to 50,000 GC automatically.

    • Purchase packages: Buy GC bundles in your Wallet at any time.

  • Appearance: Green-colored coin icon next to your SC balance.

  • Redeemable: Yes—SC can be exchanged for real money after a 1× play-through requirement.

  • How to get them:

    • Mail-in entry: Send a postcard request via our Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) in the AMOE tab.

    • GC package bonus: Receive a set number of SC automatically as a bonus when you purchase GC packages.
