Redemption Statuses Explained

When you submit a redemption request, it appears in your Redemption History with a status. Each status tells you where your redemption is in the process and what to expect next.

  • Redemption statuses are shown in your Redemption History.

  • While a redemption is Pending, KYC Review, Review, or Processing, the associated SC is not available in your Player Wallet.

  • If a redemption Fails or Expires, the SC is automatically returned to your Player Wallet.

  • Processing and Settled (Paid) redemptions cannot be canceled or reversed.

  • First-time redemptions may take longer due to full account review.


🟑 Pending

What it means

  • Your redemption request has been started, but the submission is not yet fully completed.

  • The redemption cannot move forward until all required steps are finished.

Why this happens

  • Required ID and selfie verification has not been completed yet.

    • This step is mandatory to finish submitting your redemption request.

  • This is most common on a first redemption, which requires full verification.

Note: This status is not held by PlaySlotsMobile. It means the player must complete the required verification steps.

What happens to your Sweeps Coins (SC)

  • The SC amount being redeemed is temporarily removed from your Player Wallet while the redemption is Pending.

Expiration

  • If the required verification is not completed within 24 hours, the redemption expires automatically.

  • When a redemption expires, the SC is returned to your Player Wallet.

What you must do

  • If prompted, upload your ID and complete the selfie verification to finish submitting the redemption request.

  • Once completed, no further action is required β€” please allow time for review.


πŸ”΅ KYC Review

What it means

  • Your redemption request has been fully submitted and is in the first stage of verification review.

What to expect

  • This stage can take 12 hours or less.

  • No action is required unless additional verification is requested.

  • The redeemed SC remains temporarily unavailable in your Player Wallet during review.

Expiration

  • If the review is not completed within the allowed time window, the redemption may expire, and SC will be returned.

What it means

  • Your redemption is in the final stage of review before a decision is made.

What to expect

  • This is the last step before the redemption is approved and sent out.

  • No action is required unless requested.

  • The SC remains temporarily unavailable during this stage.

Expiration

  • If the redemption does not move forward within the allowed time window, it may expire, and SC will be returned.


πŸ”΅ Processing

What it means

  • Your redemption has been approved and already sent out.

  • The payout is no longer under review.

What happens to your Sweeps Coins (SC)

  • The redeemed SC is permanently deducted from your Player Wallet.

What to expect

  • Debit Card (Instant): Funds are already in your bank account.

  • Bank Account (ACH): Funds have been sent and may take 1–3 business days to appear.

Important

  • No further action is needed.

  • Once a redemption reaches Processing, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or expired.


🟒 Settled (Paid)

What it means

  • Your redemption has been fully settled by the payment processor.

  • Funds were successfully delivered and finalized.

  • The redeemed SC remains permanently deducted from your Player Wallet.

What to expect

  • No action is required.

  • This status is for confirmation and record-keeping only.

What it means

  • Your redemption was declined and could not be completed.

Common reasons

  • Name, date of birth, or address does not match your account or ID

  • Blurry, expired, digital, or invalid ID

  • Selfie verification failure

  • Payment method not in your name

  • You were prompted to upload ID and selfie verification and declined consent

  • Invalid card type

    • Redemptions require a valid debit card in your name.

    • Credit cards are not supported.

    • Some cards (e.g. Cash App, Apple Cash, Chime) may not always be accepted.

  • The SC from the failed redemption is automatically returned to your Player Wallet.

What to do

  • Correct the issue and submit a new redemption request.

  • Contact support if you need help understanding the failure reason.

What it means

  • The redemption request was not completed or approved within the required time window.

What happens to your Sweeps Coins (SC)

  • The SC from the expired redemption is returned to your Player Wallet.

What to do

  • Submit a new redemption request.

  • If you believe the expiration occurred in error, contact support.
