1. Approved / Accept
Definition
You’ve completed the KYC form, submitted your ID and selfie, and your verification was approved successfully.
Email & Phone — Locked or Unlocked
Locked (for registration) — you cannot use the same email or phone number to create another account.
You can still update your contact information from inside your account settings once you’re verified.
Can you create another account with same email or phone?
No — you cannot reuse the same email or phone for a new account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity violates our Terms & Conditions.

You are taken directly to the main PSM game lobby
Full access to features (play, redeem, deposits, etc.)

2. KYC Info Required / Document Request Initiated
Definition
You filled out the KYC form and saw the prompt to “Get Started” to upload your ID and selfie, but you did not complete uploading your documents. You abandoned that step or didn’t submit the required files.
Email & Phone — Locked or Unlocked
Locked: you cannot change your email or phone in this status.
Can you create another account with same email or phone?
No — you cannot reuse the same email or phone for a new account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity violates our Terms & Conditions.
Note: This status automatically resets after 24 hours, unlocking your email and phone if you wish to retry.
What the Player sees / What happens when you log in
You see the “Get Started” prompt to upload your ID and selfie
The login flow may occasionally show a blank screen; refreshing typically resolves it.

3. KYC In Review / In Review
Definition
You submitted your ID and selfie, but your submission triggered a manual review (for example, data mismatch or unclear documentation). Your account is now being manually reviewed.
Someone from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.
Email & Phone — Locked or Unlocked
Locked: you cannot change your email or phone in this status.
Can you create another account with same email or phone?
No — you cannot reuse the same email or phone for a new account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity violates our Terms & Conditions.
What the Player sees / What happens when you log in
A page that says your account is “Under Review”
You may see options: “Back to Login” or “Try Again”
“Try Again” takes you to the create account form with your info pre-filled from your initial submission.
Currently you are not be allowed resubmit with the same email & phone.

4. Rejected / Reject
Definition
You completed the KYC form and submitted your ID and selfie, but your submission was rejected for a particular reason (e.g. invalid document, mismatch, too many failed attempts).
Email & Phone — Locked or Unlocked
Unlocked: you can change your email and/or phone after rejection (if needed) to register again.
Can you create another account with same email or phone?
Yes — you may reuse the same email / phone for a new submission.
What the Player sees / What happens when you log in
A “Verification Failed / Verification Failed” screen.
This screen is no longer seen after 24 hours, and attempting to login with the same email or phone will notify you that your login has failed because no account exists with these credentials.
Buttons: “Try Again” or “Back to Login”
“Try Again” leads to the create account form (with info prefilled)
At this point you may reattempt KYC using the same email / phone. You may update your phone or email first if needed.
