Redemption Limits

This article explains how much you can win or cash‐out in a single spin or day, plus the minimum you must redeem.

Updated this week

Key Limits

  • Minimum redemption: 100 SC

  • Redemption frequency: 1 redeem per rolling 24-hour period.

  • Rolling 24-Hour Redemption Cap: 9,500 SC per rolling 24-hour period

  • Max win per spin: 5,000 SC (any excess on a win is voided)

All redemption limits and rules are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

All limits are enforced automatically by the system and reset based on rolling 24-hour windows, not calendar days.

How It Works

1. Minimum redemption (100 SC)

  • Each individual redemption request must be for at least 100 SC.

2. Redemption frequency (1 redemption per rolling 24 hours)

  • Players may submit up to 1 redemption request within any rolling 24-hour period.

  • If one redemption is submitted, a rolling 24-hour restriction activates before additional requests are allowed.

3. Daily redeem limit (9,500 SC)

  • You may redeem up to a total of 9,500 SC within any rolling 24-hour period.

  • The rolling 24-hour window is based on the exact time each redemption is submitted.

4. Spin cap (5,000 SC)

  • Whenever you spin any slot or table game—including bonus and free spins—you’ll be credited up to 5,000 SC; any amount above that is voided.

Examples

1. Minimum Redemption (100 SC)

  • Player attempts to redeem 50 SC
→ Redemption is not allowed (below minimum).

  • Player redeems 100 SC or more
    → Redemption is allowed.

2. Redemption Frequency (1 Redemption per Rolling 24 Hours)

Timeline:

  • Redeem submitted at 5:00 PM (Dec 4)

At this point:

  • The player has used their available redemption.

  • Further redemption requests are temporarily blocked.

When access returns:

  • 5:00 PM (Dec 5)
→ The redemption reaches 24 hours
    Redemption becomes available again

3. Daily Redemption Limit (9,500 SC per Rolling 24 Hours)

Timeline:

  • Player redeems 4,500 SC at 2:00 PM

  • Player redeems 5,000 SC at 6:00 PM
    → Total redeemed = 9,500 SC

Result:

  • Any additional redemption attempts within the same rolling 24-hour period are blocked.

When access returns:

  • Each redemption has its own rolling 24-hour timer. When the first redemption reaches 24 hours, one redemption becomes available again. The second redemption becomes available once its own 24-hour timer completes.

4. Spin Cap (5,000 SC per Spin)

Example A: Spin Over the Cap

  • Player wins 12,000 SC on a single spin

  • System displays “12,000 SC won”

  • Player is credited 5,000 SC

  • 7,000 SC is voided

Example B: Multiple Spins Under the Cap

  • Spin #1: 4,500 SC

  • Spin #2: 4,000 SC

Both spins are under the cap:

  • Total credited = 8,500 SC

Example B: Mixed Spins

  • Spin #1: 6,500 SC
5,000 SC credited, 1,500 SC voided

  • Spin #2: 3,500 SC
    → Fully credited

Total credited = 8,500 SC
