Requirements
Minimum redemption amount is 100 SC.
You must meet the 1× play-through requirement before redeeming.
Redemption Methods
You can redeem in two ways:
Debit Card (Instant): Funds usually arrive within minutes.
Bank Account (ACH): Funds arrive within 1–3 business days.
Information Required
Debit Card: Card number, expiration date, and last 4 digits of your SSN or National ID.
ACH: Bank account number, routing number, and last 4 digits of your SSN or National ID.
⚠️ Double-check all fields before submitting. Any mistake (wrong number, mismatch, etc.) may cause your redemption to fail or be delayed. Once a redeem is submitted, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
KYC Checks
KYC checks on redemptions happen as follows:
Your very first redemption: you’ll upload a photo of your government ID or passport and complete a live selfie check.
Once your total redeemed hits $600 or more: you’ll only complete the live selfie check.
Every 5th redemption after that: you’ll only complete the live selfie check.
Any single redemption over $2,000: you’ll only complete the live selfie check.
View all pending and completed redemptions in the Redeem tab.
Note: Redemption requires the use of a bank debit card. Other card types, such as Apple Cash Card, Cash App Card, and other similar card types may or may not be accepted and may result in rejected redeems.
1. Open Your Wallet
From the game lobby, click Wallet (top-middle or top-right icon).

2. Open The Redeem Screen
In the Wallet popup, click Redeem under your SC balance.

3. Enter Redemption Details
Enter the amount of SC you wish to redeem (minimum 100 SC).
Select Redemption Method:
Card (Instant) — funds arrive in minutes.
Enter Card number, Expiration date (MM/YY), and Last 4 of SSN or National ID.
Bank Account (ACH) — funds arrive in 1–3 business days.
Enter Account number, Routing number, and Last 4 of SSN or National ID.
Double-check all fields before submitting. Any wrong or mismatched number can delay or fail your redemption.

4. Submit Your Request
Click Redeem.
You may be asked to scan your ID or complete a selfie re-verification before processing continues.

5. Track Your Redemption
Switch to the Redeem tab in your Wallet to view your payout status.
